Weston is an area of Bath particularly suited to families, due to a predominance of excellent schools. Formerly a separate village, Weston is detached from Bath city centre by Royal Victoria Park, a beautiful expanse of greenery and gardens which can be walked in 30 minutes. Alternatively, regular bus links run from the bustling high street into the city centre, passing by the Royal United Hospital, Bath's main medical facility. Oldfield School, St Mary's Primary and Weston All Saints are all rated good or outstanding by Ofsted, and are within easy walking distance.
