One of Resides Founders and with more than 20 years of property experience, Ben knows all there is to know about the Bath Property Market. Ben has a young family which means when he's not watching the Formula one, he'll likely be at the local skatepark with his two boys.

Lisa Franklin

OFFICE MANAGER
Lisa has an eye for detail and is great at matching people with property. She has a passion for interior design, anything creative and is a massive animal lover and keen traveller.

PROPERTY CONSULTANT (MARLA, MNAEA)
A sales expert with the perfect pitch, Chris connects with everyone, from CEOs to strangers at the coffee shop. Whether leading viewings or presenting video tours, he adds excitement to everything. Off-duty, he's enjoying a Sunday roast—because for Chris, gravy solves all of life’s problems.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Mark Makes sure that Landlords receive their rent on time and at the end of their tenancy, tenants get their deposit back quickly. Outside of work Mark is a gourmet Chef and loves to spend time down at The Rec watching Bath Rugby come all winds and weathers.

Stephanie Bell

TENANCY MANAGER (MARLA)
Stephanie is our wonderful tenancy manager and holds a level 3 qualification in residential lettings and property management. Stephanie is a keen runner and loves exploring all of Baths running routes, often with her Labrador by her side!

Stuart Dashwood

PROPERTY CO-ORDINATOR
Stuart is our property co-ordinator. He carries out periodic inspections on behalf of our landlords & provides maintenance support.

Stuart was formerly an A&R manager for a well-known music label and has a few rock and roll stories. But apparently what goes on tour stays on tour!

James Earwicker

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
James gets property repairs done quickly and professionally using his army of quality contractors. James is a doting dad of three, and is also rarely seen without his excitable Goldendoodle Poppy by his side.

MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
Making sure Reside keeps fresh in the digital age is Alex our Marketing genius. From making sure the company is well advertised online, to getting marketing ready for the latest listings, or filming property tours and social media videos, you can be sure he's never far away with a camera and his editing suite.

Emma Moles

OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR
Emma oversees organising viewings and dealing with enquiries with her calm and organised nature. Away from work Emma can be found visiting art exhibitions or watching a theatre show.

Corinna Hadlow

VIEWING ASSISTANT
Corinna brings a wealth of international experience to her role at Reside.

Having lived and worked in several countries over the past 15 years, giving her a unique perspective on helping people with their moves to Bath.
