Without our community we wouldn't have a business. It is for this reason that we love to give back to our local community and get involved with local initiatives.

Bath City Farm

Situated on southern hills of the city in Whiteway, this beautiful 37-acre site is a working farm as well as a visitor attraction that sees over 50,000 visitors a year.

Their main aim is to provide the local community with a hub that provides education through outdoor activity, opportunities for employment for those with learning difficulties and a place for those who are or have suffered with mental health challenges a place to feel safe and rebuild their lives. In their own words ‘For many the Farm is a place to recover from acute mental distress and rebuild a healthier lifestyle, connecting with nature and each other’. We have worked closely with BCF over the last few years and love their work. If you get a chance, go and have a look, there is an onsite carpark and good sized cafe serving tea, coffee and a choice of sweet and savory treats. We promise you wont be disappointed

Off the Record (OTR) Bath & North East Somerset (BANES)

OTR BANES provide a free, confidential and independent services for anyone between the ages of 10-25 living, working or studying within the BANES area.

They help to improve the emotional wellbeing of those in the area who need a person to speak to and listen. As a charity they offer a range of services. For those in the LGBTQ+ community, OTR provides a safe space to be yourself, get info and support on LGBTQ+ issues, make new friends plus so much more. They also provide a listening support service for those struggling with mental health issues in the local community. There is also a support network for young children in care. Trauma Recovery Centre

Bath Trauma Recovery Centre helps families with complex and multiple trauma through their recovery process by offering 1:1 support to young children & young adults, and parenting support groups for those with children 16 and under.

Through specialist creative therapies such as art, music, creative and play, Bath Trauma Recovery Centre supports people throughout the whole re-building process until wholeness can be found again. Over the past year their work helped 100% of young children and adults who graduated from their full course of therapy report a significant reduction in their trauma symptoms. Their work is remarkable and they continue to provide such an incredible service.
