Bathampton is a highly sought-after residential area on the eastern outskirts of Bath, located just over a mile from the city centre with convenient access to Warminster, Trowbridge and Westbury via the A36. Beautiful walks can be found in the nearby meadows and bike rides can be taken along the Kennet & Avon canal, which can also be used as an attractive route into Bath city centre. Bathampton has an excellent primary school with King Edward’s School, The Paragon School and Prior Park College a short drive away.
